WHY HORSE GRAM ?
• It is rich in nutrients and has plenty of minerals too phosphorus, calcium, protein and iron. Hence it is known to be very beneficial for human health.
• Horse gram consists of a good amount of fibre which helps with digestion and soaking up additional fluids from the intestine and the stomach.
• In Ayurveda it is said, if one consumes horse gram every day, weight loss happens for sure
• Horse gram helps bring down the levels of LDL or bad cholesterol in the bloodstream.
