WHAT ARE MILLETS?
Millets are coarse grains and a repository of protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals. They include Jowar (Sorghum), Ragi (Finger millet), Korra (Foxtail millet), Arke (Kodo millet), Sama (Little millet), Bajra (Pearl millet), and Sanwa (Barnyard millet)
