Nolen/ Patali/ Dates Jaggery- 500g

Le Organics Nolen gur or date palm jaggery is made from the sap of the date palm tree. The process takes place during winter when farmers collect the juice from date palm trees, boil in earthen pots and make jaggery. This is mostly in semi-liquid state and known as Jhola Gur. While when its solidified into small round slabs, its called as Patali Gur in West Bengal, India.
